As we can all see, the economic outlook and the jobs scene are still pretty dismal. Even so, learn to manage your stress. PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) is not something that affects only combat soldiers. Everyone who has seen the Twin Towers falling repeatedly, the SWAT disaster in Pittsburgh, the stock market tanking is likely suffering from the stress after trauma.  Stop fretting over things that are not within your control. Get more sleep, eat better than you have been doing (less junk and impulse/stress eating), drink more water, get outside and walk - or just sit if you are too immobilized to exercise, but do get out and get some fresh air.  It does a body - and a mind - a lot of good. Stop watching the news if it presses you down, and stay away from negative people.  That's really  hard if you live with them, but learn to ask them to be more positive because they love you and you need encouragement. Scripture tells us that we have not because we ask not.  Ask for peace, quiet, attention, a hug, some encouragement.
